We start by listening closely to your needs: is the product for export, domestic use or outdoor use? What type of wood? What are the requirements for gloss, durability and standards? Then, the technical team will directly survey the factory to evaluate the wood surface, equipment and construction conditions. This step helps us understand the actual problem that needs to be solved.
From the information collected, we will immediately recommend optimal paint systems. For example: Export: Base Coat 205 + Gloss 100X/Matte 100 (quick dry, REACH standard, scratch resistant). Civil: 338 Base System + 406 Shade (colorfast, less yellowing). Outdoor: 205 Lining System + Specialized UV and waterproof coating.
"Seeing is believing". We will make a sample on your wood. You can directly check the color, gloss and feel of the surface. Only when you "nod" will we proceed to the next step.
For large projects, to ensure the final result is as beautiful as the sample, we provide a detailed construction process: Sanding -> Primer -> Surface grinding -> Topcoat, with mixing ratios, drying times and important technical notes.
