MATTE PAINT SPECIFICATIONS TABLE

• Color: CLEAR WITH MILK (100% Opaque) - LIQUID
• Theoretical coverage/Component: ~10–12 m²/litre (film thickness 25–30 microns)
• Drying time: Surface dry: 1 hour; Fully dry: 3 hours
• Diluent: Hongqiao Special Solvent
• Application: Natural wood, industrial wood (MDF, MFC)
• Storage: Store in a dry place, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Surface Preparation : Clean the surface, remove dust and grease. Ensure the surface is dry before painting.
• Mixing: Mix the paint according to the specific instructions on the can (1 kg of Matte paint: 0.3 kg of hardener: 1.5 kg of solvent). Stir the mixture well and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before applying.
• Application: Spray evenly with 1-3 passes of the gun with moderate thickness. The number of passes depends on the cup gun or pressure gun.
• Storage: Close the lid after use, store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Notes when using Matte Coating

• Use the correct type of solvent and thinner to ensure quality.
• Apply at 25–35°C, humidity <80% for best results.
• Clean tools immediately after use with solvent.
