GLOSS PAINT SPECIFICATIONS TABLE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Surface preparation: Surface must be cleaned, sanded smooth and coated with suitable primer. Ensure surface is dry, free from dust or grease.
• Mixing: Mix the paint according to the specific instructions on the can (1 kg of clear paint: 0.4 kg of hardener: 1.5 kg of solvent). Stir the mixture well and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before applying.
• Application: Spray evenly with 1-3 passes of the gun with moderate thickness. The number of passes depends on the cup gun or pressure gun.
• Finishing: After 3 hours, the product can be packed.

Notes when using clear coat

• Use the correct type of solvent and thinner to ensure quality.
• Apply at 25–35°C, humidity <80% for best results.
• Clean tools immediately after use with solvent.
